AMLI RESIDENTIAL BREAKS GROUND AT ARISTA

Arista residential community continues to grow.

BROOMFIELD, CO – Arista developer, Tim Wiens, announced today that AMLI Residential has broken ground to expand the Arista AMLI Community by an additional 168 luxury apartments. When complete, AMLI will have a total of 526 units at Arista.

“The expansion of their current project at Arista indicates that AMLI believes in the development, and the Arista community”, says Tim Wiens. “Their investment will enhance an already strong residential presence and we are excited to have a nationally recognized name like AMLI at Arista.”

The new construction by AMLI will consist of seven, three-story buildings on a five-acre parcel. The units will contain one or two bedrooms, and range in size from 767 to 1,202 square feet.

“We are very excited to commence the expansion of our project at Arista”, said Andy Mutz, VP of Development for AMLI Residential. “The Arista project has been an important part of our plan, and it just made sense to expand at this great location.”

Currently there are over 600 residential units at Arista consisting of luxury apartments, townhomes, live/work lofts and two-story attached paired homes. “Arista is quickly becoming its own community and forming its own identity just as was originally envisioned”, added Joe Zepeda, Senior Project Manager for the development.

In addition to the robust residential activity, three major roadway improvement projects are in process that will enhance the Arista development. These projects include the widening of US 36, the replacement of the 112th avenue Bridge, and final completion of the 120th avenue connection.
